Former Fiji captain Mosese Rauluni and Saracens star has been forced to retire from rugby due to a knee injury.
Rauluni played for Fiji in three World cups and played 45 matches for Fiji over a 14 year period.
In 2007 Fiji contested the quarter finals under Rauluni after they beat Wales 38-34 knocking Wales out of the world cup.
"Sadly my career has come to an end prematurely," Rauluni told the Fiji Times.
"I have had a nagging problem with my knee and unfortunately it has got the better of me, and from good advice from medical staff at Saracens and my surgeon they thought it better I retire so more damage is not done to it."
"I thought I could maybe play another season here but after the scans and advice had to cut it short earlier," he said.
"These things happen and it was quite gut wrenching to give up on a sport I dearly love."
