Experienced duo Felipe Contepomi and backrow forward Juan Manuel Leguizamon were both recalled to the Argentina squad for next Saturday's test match with Scotland on Sunday.
Contepomi, 32 and capped 65 times, has not played for the 'Pumas' since 2008 after tearing the cruciate ligaments in his left knee in May 2009, while 31-times capped Leguizamon missed last November's three tests because of a knee injury.
Argentinian coach Santiago Phelan selected 17 players playing in either the French Top 14 or English Premiership in his 23-man squad and will name his starting XV on Tuesday for the Scotland test match which is to be played in Tucuman.
Argentina play a second Test against Scotland in Mar del Plata on June 19 before playing Six Nations Grand Slam champions France in Buenos Aires on June 26.
