England wing David Strettle has agreed to leave Harlequins to join Saracens from next season.
Brendan Venter, Saracens Director of Rugby, said: "The final piece in our jigsaw for next season is a top class wing, and we are delighted to have signed David Strettle.
" He's exactly the kind of character who will thrive in our environment, and we are confident he will become a key player for Saracens, and England."
David Strettle said: "Everybody in rugby can see there is something special happening at Saracens, and I am looking forward to being part of it." he said on the Saracens site.
Strettle completes an impressive list of new Saracens for next season, already including fellow England internationals Richard Wigglesworth and Matt Stevens, Scottish international back row Kelly Brown and Tongan prop Soane Tonga'uiha.
